Returns and Exchanges

At Blanket & Bloom we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please  review our Return and Exchanges Policy below:

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return within 30 days of delivery, email hello@blanketandbloom.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Do not ship returns to our Park Avenue mailing address. Returns should only be sent to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Returns are by mail only; we do not accept in-person drop-offs or pickups. Items sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused.

Return Window and Eligibility  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When returning an item in the 30-day window return shipping is free. Please keep in mind that we do charge a processing fee (deducted from your refund) applies per item returned.

  • $19.99 USD for 15 and 20 lbs 
  • $3.50 for Bedding accessories
  • If an item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately; in those cases, processing fees are waived.

This fee helps us to cover the cost of inspecting and processing the return at our warehouse and fulfillment facilities.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, we offer a 30-day exchange window on all our products*, provided your product is unused, in original condition and your shipping address is within the contiguous US. To exchange your order, please reach out to us via hello@blanketandbloom.com and a member of our customer service team will be happy to help!

*Please note that gift cards are not exchangeable and non-refundable. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit
