Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Blanket & Bloom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below.

How to start a return (RMA required)

To initiate a return within 30 days of delivery, please email hello@blanketandbloom.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Do not ship returns to our Park Avenue mailing address. Returns should only be shipped to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused. Returns are by mail only; we do not accept in-person drop-offs.

Return window & eligibility

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping & fees

Return shipping is free within the contiguous United States.

A processing fee is deducted per returned item:

  • $19.99 USD for 15 lb and 20 lb blankets
  • $3.50 USD for bedding accessories

This fee covers inspection and processing at our fulfillment facilities.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately; in those cases, processing fees are waived.

Exchanges

If you're not completely in love with your purchase, we offer a 30-day exchange window for items that are unused and in original condition (contiguous U.S. addresses). To request an exchange, email hello@blanketandbloom.com and our team will assist you.

Please note: Gift cards are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at hello@blanketandbloom.com.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
